Aging is now becoming the most popular issue to be discussed. There is a big market of product to prevent aging. But the fact is that some simple basic changes in the lifestyle will help u to prevent aging and will make you to look and feel younger. There are five basic thing you need to follow are - sleep, exercise, water, nutrition and distress.
Sleep - One should have good sleep to look younger. Minimum of 8 hours of sleep is must for every human being in order for our body to regenerate. With no proper sleep your skin will look and feel dull. Also don't eat anything for at least hours prior to bed time and don't exercise for at least one and half hours before bed
Exercise - Exercise will help to improve overall fitness and maintain muscle tone and flexibility as you age. Exercise helps in blood circular which help the skin to glow n makes you look younger. The best way for exercising is walking.
Water - Water is very important to prevent aging. Many people are in the state of mild dehydration. Your body is 60% of water and daily activity deplete this resource so replenish it. At least drink 8 glass of water a day which will help you in the digestive process and will prevent constipation which will indirectly prevent pimples. Lastly, it will help your skin to look supple and vibrant.
Nutrition - Nutrition plays a vital role in preventing aging. You should eat a balanced diet with bulk of fruits and vegetables. Avoid eating oily and junk food which make your skin look dull. Fruits and vegetables provide your body with antioxidant that fight with the bacteria that cause aging and prevent disease.
